Security & Authenticity
Only Genuine.
Only Authorized.
Why This Matters
Counterfeit FTP products and fraudulent payment schemes are targeting BMW enthusiasts worldwide.
This page is your single reference for verifying genuine FTP Motorsport communications, identifying authentic BMW performance parts, and protecting your transactions.
Verify Authenticity
Three checkpoints before you buy or pay.
Official Domain Only
All FTP correspondence comes from ftpmotorsport.com.tw, seed.net.tw, or kayo.com.tw -- never Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, or ProtonMail. If it is not one of our official domains, it is not us.
Laser-Etched Branding
Every genuine FTP part carries a laser-etched FTP Motorsport logo directly on the component. No logo, no authenticity.
Authorized Dealers Only
FTP products are sold exclusively through our official website and verified dealers. If the seller is not on our dealer list, do not buy.
Not Sure About a Seller?
Check our authorized dealer list before you purchase.
Payment Security
How FTP Motorsport accepts payment.
Understanding our payment methods is the fastest way to identify fraud. FTP Motorsport is a registered company in Taiwan, and we only operate bank accounts in Taiwan.
PayPal Is Our Only Online Checkout
All purchases made through ftpmotorsport.com.tw are processed exclusively via PayPal. If any website claiming to sell FTP products asks you to pay by wire transfer, cryptocurrency, or gift cards at checkout, it is not us.
Bank Transfer by Request Only
Bank transfer is available for special orders or wholesale inquiries -- but only when you initiate the request with us directly. FTP will never proactively ask you to wire money. Our bank account is in Taiwan only. Any request to transfer funds to an account outside Taiwan is fraudulent.
Always Double-Check With Us
Before making any bank transfer, contact FTP directly via email or the live chat on ftpmotorsport.com.tw to confirm the details. If anything feels off -- a sudden change in bank details, pressure to pay quickly, a new account number -- stop and verify with us first.
Counterfeit FTP intake pipes, charge pipes, and cooling products have been found on eBay, Amazon, AliExpress, and unauthorized reseller sites. These knock-off parts risk engine damage, poor fitment, and voided warranties.
Spot the Fake
Five signs you are looking at a counterfeit.
1. Price too good to be true. Genuine FTP parts hold consistent pricing across all authorized channels. Discounts of 40-60% below retail are a dead giveaway.
2. Stolen product photos. Counterfeit sellers copy official FTP images. Look for low-resolution crops or missing details compared to the official website.
3. No laser-etched FTP logo. Every genuine FTP part has the FTP Motorsport logo laser-etched directly onto the component. If the part has no branding, it is not real.
4. Checkout does not use PayPal. If an online store claims to sell FTP products but does not offer PayPal checkout, it is not our official website.
5. Seller not on our dealer list. FTP does not authorize sales through auction sites or unknown third parties. If the seller is not listed at ftpmotorsport.com.tw, do not buy.
