12-Month Warranty
Coverage on Every FTP Product
Every FTP Motorsport product -- including O-rings, clips, clamps, and pipes -- is warrantied against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase invoice. If a product is found defective within this period, FTP Motorsport will provide free repair or replacement at our discretion.
What is covered: Manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship.
What is not covered: Abuse or misuse, consequential damages resulting from product failure, normal wear and tear, improper installation, and damage caused by racing. Products from other manufacturers included in FTP kits are handled under their own warranty terms.
Warranty eligibility: The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
How to claim: Contact our team at info@ftpmotorsport.com.tw with photos of the defect, your order number or purchase invoice, and a brief description of the issue. Our technical team will review your case and advise on next steps.
14-Day Return Policy

FTP Motorsport offers a 14-day return policy on all products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, a full refund of the product cost (excluding shipping) may be issued under the following conditions.
Original Condition Required
Items must be in good condition with all original accessories, manuals, gift, and packing materials included. Any missing parts or damaged items will result in rejection of the return.
Manufacturing Defects Only
For defect-related returns, only defects in manufacturing are accepted. No refund is issued if defects are caused by misuse of buyers. Our customer service officers will gladly contact you for further arrangement upon your request.
14-Day Window
Returned items must be received by FTP within 14 days after you receive your order. No refund or replacement will be issued after this period.
Refund Details
Payment will be refunded in the original currency only. FTP is not responsible for any loss due to exchange rate differences. Refund will not include any shipping and handling fees. Any additional expenses (such as eBay listing fees) will also be deducted from the refund.

We are willing to address any issues and provide solutions for our customers. Refund matters are also open for negotiation.
Due to varying overseas return shipping costs, thank you for your mutual understanding.
If you prefer to avoid international returns, you can also order from a local authorized distributor or dealer listed on our official website.
