FTP takes transaction security extremely seriously. Cyber fraud, phishing emails, and unauthorized payment instructions targeting international buyers are becoming increasingly common.

To protect your business, all payment-related communications must be verified through official FTP channels only. FTP will never request changes to banking details via email, nor authorize payments to personal or third-party accounts.

If you receive any message that appears urgent, unusual, or inconsistent with prior FTP communications, do not proceed with payment until verification is completed.
